My 27 years of experience in the automotive industry have allowed me to experience several major transformations and to work on skills and engagement with different perspective: as a technical expert, manager, and then HR.

Human resources

More than 10 years experience in management: direct management within the Material Laboratory (operators, technicians and supervisors), then leading a team of 10 Specialists and Experts split between France and Germany. Functional management with the animation of the canning network and the animation of the community of network leaders of Faurecia Clean Mobility in an international context (USA, Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Korea and Japan).

Change agent during the reorganization of Engineering teams in 2018 and during the roll-out of the new process of innovation projects management in 2019.

Technical competences

Engineer in Chemistry from Paris National Chemical Engineering School (1993) and PhD in Organic Chemistry from Pierre & Marie Curie University Paris 6 (1997).

Technical competences in ceramic materials and the durability of automotive emission control systems, recognized by an Expert nomination in 2007 and Senior Expert in 2014 and 7 patents.

Responsible for the technical validation of exhaust subcomponent. Contribution to purchasing strategy with technical inputs.
