Objective
Developing soft skills competences using the individual and collective coaching toolbox on top of traditional teaching methods.
Principle
The training I propose are made of theoretical elements, self reflecting moments and group activities (workshops, exercise): this supports real change in thinking and behaviors. Each participant leaves the training with a portfolio of concrete actions he can put in place easily.
